Welcome, we are glad that you are joining the FVPRA. We have created a very easy process for joining the association.
Yearly dues are $30.00 per year (See Button) from August 1 through July 31 of the following year and include your information in the Appointment Books handed out to physician offices as well as our webpages .
You can pay your dues by using the PayPal link. If you have any questions regarding the use of Paypal, please don’t hesitate to contact us at fvpramemberships@gmail.com for assistance. Please be aware that we have been informed that some Corporate Credit Cards may be blocked and unable to be used!
Once you have paid your dues, the association needs you to PLEASE Copy and Paste the Following Information in an email to: fvpramemberships@gmail.com:

Once we receive the information and have verified the payment , we will then add your information to our website as an official member of the FVPRA and be included in any communications that come up.
